When will my order arrive?

SmugMug is the secure print-ordering and fulfillment service I use. It works with professional photo labs to produce and ship orders.

SmugMug says regular print products may take up to seven business days to print and process, while specialty products such as wrapped canvases, metal prints, and albums can take longer. Shipping time begins after production; standard shipping is usually 6–10 business days, and international delivery may take longer. The estimate shown during checkout for your product and address is the best guide. Tracking information is emailed when available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I use SmugMug, a secure print-ordering and fulfillment service, for all print and product orders. SmugMug ships to many countries worldwide.

Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery dates will appear during checkout after you enter your address. International delivery may take longer, and local customs authorities may charge duties or import taxes that SmugMug does not cover.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or is incorrect?

SmugMug is the secure print-ordering and fulfillment service I use. Together with its professional print-lab partners, it handles printing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and order support; Jason Reynolds Art does not handle those parts of the order.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, check the tracking link in your shipping email and confirm the delivery address on your order page. If it is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact SmugMug with your order number or the email address used for the order. SmugMug can help arrange a reprint or refund when needed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact SmugMug within 30 days of receiving it. For damage, take clear photos of the item and its packaging, and keep both until the issue is resolved. SmugMug may also request photos of an incorrect item. Under its 100% print guarantee, SmugMug will reprint or refund prints and gifts, whichever you prefer. Digital downloads are non-refundable.

Can I hire you to take pictures?

I'm based in the Pacific Northwest and take on photography projects and collaborations on a case-by-case basis. Send me an inquiry with what you have in mind, where it would take place, and your preferred timing.

Do you shoot weddings?

No. I don't photograph weddings.
